Default Good High Damage Builds
I am looking for some builds that allow for high amounts of output damage on a Dervish. If you have any please post them, the best gear to use with them, and the casting order. Thanks for the help!

a derv build with high damage? Hmmmm... well let's just say you got more than 1 option to choose from. any of the conjures [aura of holy might][vow of strength][i am the strongest][avatar of lyssa](of course), and you also got the A/D scythesin. Near constant crit dmg w/a scythe? yes it's true.

Vow of Strength + Aura of Holy Might + "I Am The Strongest!" + Heart of Fury = 120+dmg per hit

Is there an adequate replacement for Aura of Holy Might that can be used in PvP?

The build relies on the the way VoS and AoHM interact to tripple your scythe damage (along with any +damage skill you add in there like IATS & EBSoH).
